© 2007 Tim Webber
Tim Webber was born in Roanoke, Virginia, and began his interest in art at an early age. At first, He concentrated on pencil and ink drawings-sharpening his skills through hours and hours of devoted practice.
He moved throughout the U.S. and Europe and the new environments provided inspiration as his art continued to evolve.
Eventually, Tim returned to the mountains of Southwest Virginia, settling in his hometown.
Although he is locally known for his detailed portraiture
s, his subject matter seems to have no limits: townscapes, wildlife, abstracts. Oil is a favored medium but you will also find works in Charcoal, color pencil, and even a dabbling in sculpture.
